Delivery & Returns

Shipping and Handling

All items for delivery within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery – Next Day, which is fully traceable. The parcel must be signed for upon receipt.

Items being sent outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For. These are traceable up to the point of departure from the UK and must also be signed for upon receipt. You will receive your international parcel within 3-7 working days. Postage via these methods will ensure your peace of mind and confidence that your purchase will arrive promptly and safely.

 

Delivery Schedule

If your order is placed before 11.00am we will endeavour to dispatch this by 1.00pm the same day. The dispatch time will be longer on items needing adjustment or engraving and for deliveries to countries outside the UK. Please note that orders placed after 11.00am on Saturdays or on Sundays will be despatched by 1.00pm on Monday. We will notify you by e-mail of our expected dispatch date.

For Next Day UK delivery the item must be purchased before 11:00am to be guaranteed the Next Day (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You must inform us immediately following 1.00pm on the day of your expected delivery if your purchase has been lost or damaged in transit so that we can rectify the problem for you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

 

Delivery Charges

Free Next day delivery on all UK orders over £100.

For all UK orders under £100 there is a charge of £5.00 for Next Day delivery.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is £10.00.

Delivery to all other EU countries from £15.00.

Please contact us for delivery charges to non-EU countries.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the EU, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.

Gift Wrapping Service

For an extra £1.00 charge we will gift wrap your order and can send it directly to the gift recipient. 

Out of Stock Items

If the item which you have ordered is out of stock, we will order it for you. We will contact you to notify you of this and our expected dispatch date. You will then have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait and we will issue you with a full refund.


Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy the Shannon’s Experience in purchasing your item, but understand that there may be an occasion for you to return the item. We will accept returns on orders within 30 days of dispatch for a refund, exchange or credit note.

Please note that the postage charge on returned items is at the customer's expense.

Postage will be deducted from refunds given (£5.00 on items under £100.00, £10.00 on items over £100.00). An administrative fee will also be deducted where items have been altered/resized.

Items being exchanged will be subject to a further £5.00 postage charge.
