| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for some of your details so that we can process your order. Once we have received your order, we may need to contact you to confirm details of your order or to advise you of your expected delivery date. We will then send you a confirmation of your order and once your order is ready to be dispatched we will issue an invoice. A binding contract is formed when you have received an e-mail from us confirming that your order has been accepted. | Shipping And Handling Before dispatch, all of our items are checked by two members of staff. The first staff member who picks the item performs an initial inspection of the item which is then passed onto the distribution department where it is checked again. A hand signed delivery note is then sent to you with the item. All items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery – Next Day, which is fully traceable and the parcel will have to be signed for on receipt, except for items being sent outside the UK which are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For, these are traceable up to the point of departure from the UK and also have to be signed for on receipt. You will receive your international parcel within 2-5 days. By posting these ways, we are giving you peace of mind that your purchase will arrive to you promptly and safely. |
| Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 7-10 working days from confirmation of your order. The dispatch time will be longer on items needing adjustment or engraving. We will notify you by e-mail of our expected dispatch date. If the item which you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to notify you of this and our expected dispatch date. You will then have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait and we will issue you with a full refund. You must inform us within two working days if your purchase has been lost or damaged in transit so that we can rectify the problem for you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. | Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive We want you to enjoy the Shannon Experience in purchasing your watch, but understand that there may be an occasion for you to return the item. We will accept returns on orders within 30 days of dispatch for a refund, exchange or credit note. If you are returning an order by post, you must inform us by telephone or e-mail that you wish to do so, making sure you quote your order number. Items must be returned to us in brand new condition in their box with all relevant tags, certificates, instruction manuals and guarantees. Returns must be brought directly to the store or posted to the address detailed in the about us section of the terms and conditions via traceable courier, e.g. Royal Mail or UPS. Postage charges must be pre-paid and fully insured for the full value of the items. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, you, the customer is liable. You must return the item(s) so that we receive them within 7 days. Your refund or credit note will be paid to you within 30 days. Do not remove links from the bracelet strap on your watch. All items must be returned with original packaging, tags, protective tape intact, manuals, guarantees and certificates. All items must be in brand new condition, not worn.
